Many US websites don't ship internationally either because of the difficulty of calculating shipping charge or fraud concern. Our shopping cart does support international customer registration. Even though our checkout only shows the domestic shipping charge, we still can work with you to meet your shipping need.

Option 1 - Credit Card Payment

Shop as usual and checkout using a major credit card, namely VISA, AMEX, DISCOVER, MC. At this time, the cart only shows the domestic shipping rate. After we receive the order and confirm that we can ship it to your destination, our shipping staff will contact you of the actual shipping. Our international shipping charge is at-cost that reflects the actual shipping to your destination and there is no mark-up. No mark-up is our promise to you as our international customers. Throughout the process, your credit card will not be charged until you agree on the shipping expense. Our shipping expense doesn't include duty and tax to your local custom and it's buyer's responsibility to pay these expense. Once you agree, your order will go out and your card will be charged for the amount both parties agree on.

Option 2 - Paypal and other Payment Methods

Our shopping cart currently don't support Paypal yet but international customers can still shop and pay by Paypal. The biggest difference is rather going through the check out process, you can simply email your cart to our sales at sales@echomerx.com for an estimate. You can choose to copy the whole cart or from the browser menu choose "File >> Send>> Page by Email" option (Microsoft IE) to send the items inside your shopping cart. Once we receive your request and add the appropriate shipping charge, our sales will contact you and inform you the total. If you agree on the total charge, you can simply pay us via our Paypal account.

Shipping Carrier and Tracking

Most of our international orders go out via US Postal Service or Fedex Ground (Available to Canada ONLY). As for USPS service, depending on the weight and size of your order, it can be shipped either by USPS First Class or Priority. Both shipping classes carry a Delivery Confirmation number that can be used to verify delivery. Delivery confirmation number works when the parcel is actually delivered or held up at Custom and a scan is made. Tracking using Delivery Conformation Number can be done at www.usps.com and all you need is a delivery confirmation number emailed from our shipping.

As for Fedex International Ground, we are offering it as an option only to Canada. All Fedex Ground parcels will be assessed duty, tax and brokerage fees in addition to regular shipping charge. We will make every effort possible to let our Canadian customers know beforehand. The duty, tax, brokerage fees are imposed by Fedex to sellers and you should not receive separate bill of duty and tax from either Fedex or Canadian Custom.

Shipping Notification & Documentation

After your order shipped from EchoMerx, You will receive a shipping notification email from our shipping dept. The email should tell our customer when the order is shipped out and by what carrier. If a delivery confirmation number or Fedex tracking number become available, it should be included in this email. A typical shipment by default contains a standard priceless packing list on the outside and a priced invoice on the inside. To comply with custom clearance of each country, we suggest you contact our service SHOULD you have a more specific requirement for documentation.
